What a “for sale” listing should show
Wherever you see THCA flower for sale, the listing or the jar should give you:
- A lot or batch code that matches the lab report.
- THCA and delta-9 THC as separate figures, plus total THC: delta-9 plus 0.877 times THCA (7 CFR 990.1).
- The lab’s name and the test date.
- A price per gram, so a 3.5 g jar and a half pound can be compared fairly.

Sending an order to a South Carolina address

Two dates South Carolina buyers should know
- Now: the state line above, last checked on the date shown in it. Read Title 46, Chapter 55 yourself if you want the wording.
- December 11, 2026: federal law starts counting THCA in the hemp limit, and high-THCA flower is no longer hemp under federal law in any state (P.L. 119-37, sec. 781; H.R. 6500). We change the menu to flower that meets the new rule on that date.
