Terms of sale at Carolina THCA

These terms apply when you send an Order Request to Carolina THCA.

Who may order

You must be 21 or older. By sending an Order Request you confirm your age, and we may ask for ID before we deliver.

Order Requests

An Order Request is not a purchase. It becomes an order when an Operator confirms stock, the total, payment and delivery with you on the phone. Until then either side may cancel.

Prices

The menu shows the price of each half and full pound. Your price is fixed when we confirm the order. The same prices apply to every buyer.

Your state’s law

We accept Order Requests from every state and do not block any. You are responsible for knowing whether you may receive THCA flower where you live.

What we promise

Flower that matches the lab values on file for its batch, honest descriptions, and a call before anything is paid.

Changes

If the law changes, we change what we sell and update these terms the same day.
