We keep what we need to fill your order and look after you afterwards. We do not sell personal information.

What we keep

• Your Order Request: name, phone, email, address, Payment Preference and what you ordered.
• Call notes: a short record of what you and the Operator agreed.
• An account, if you make one: your details, past orders and your Carolina Cash balance.
• Email choices: whether you said yes to offers, and when.
• Cookies: one remembers that you confirmed you are 21+, one holds your cart count, and one keeps you signed in if you have an account. Google Analytics counts page visits if it is turned on for this site.

Why

To call you, deliver your order, keep tax and sales records, run your account and send the emails you asked for.

Who sees it

The carrier or person who delivers your order, the service that sends our email, and Trustpilot, which sends a review invitation after delivery.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from offers with the link in any offer email. To see, correct or delete what we hold, email us from the address on your order.
