THCA flower in North Carolina: ordering from an NC address

North Carolina

North Carolina uses the delta-9 test for hemp (S.L. 2022-32). HB 328 (a 0.4 mg per-container THC limit and a 21+ rule) passed the Senate; the House vote was put off until after the November 2026 election.

Federal law treats THCA flower as marijuana from December 11, 2026.

Short answer

You can order hemp THCA flower here from any North Carolina address: pick a half pound or a pound, send the order, and an Operator calls to confirm payment and delivery. Nothing is paid online. North Carolina's House may still vote on HB 328, so check the dated line above before you order.

North Carolina buyers search for THCA flower online because there is no state-licensed marijuana store to walk into. This page is how ordering from us works when the address on the order is in North Carolina. The law gets one dated line, at the top of the page, with links to the session law and the bill. We do not explain or argue it here.

What is on the menu

Every product here is hemp THCA flower, sold in two sizes:

Size Weight
A half 8 oz, 226.8 g
The full pound 16 oz, 453.6 g

Each card on the menu shows the grade, the type and the price per gram, so a half and a pound are easy to compare. The product page shows the lab values we have on file for that lot: THCA, delta-9 THC and total THC. Total THC is delta-9 plus 0.877 times THCA, the formula federal hemp rules use (7 CFR 990.1).

Ordering from an NC address

  1. Pick from the menu. Add a half or the full pound of anything listed.
  2. Send your order. The state list puts North and South Carolina first. Tell us how you would like to pay: cash, Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, card or other. That is a preference, not a charge.
  3. Take our call. An Operator checks stock, confirms the total and agrees payment and delivery with you.

Our phone hours run on Eastern time, the same clock as every North Carolina town.

Shipping notes for North Carolina orders

These are the things the Operator confirms on the call, so nothing on this page has to guess:

  • How the order travels, and roughly when to expect it. We do not promise a delivery day in writing.
  • Whether someone 21 or older has to sign when it arrives.
  • The address. Give a street address where an adult can receive a parcel during the day.

We sell only to adults 21 and over, and the person who hands over your order may ask for photo ID.

If the law moves before your order does

HB 328 is the bill to watch. Its current text and history sit on the General Assembly’s bill page; read it there rather than in anyone’s summary, ours included. If North Carolina law changes, the dated line above is rewritten that day.

Federal law changes on its own schedule. From December 11, 2026, the federal hemp definition counts THCA toward the 0.3% limit, so high-THCA flower stops being hemp anywhere in the country (P.L. 119-37, sec. 781; date set by H.R. 6500). From then on we sell only flower that meets the new definition.

Buying a larger amount? The half pounds for the Carolinas page lists every half on the menu, lowest price first.
