Carolina THCA sells THCA flower by the half pound and the pound, and we write this site with North and South Carolina buyers in mind. You pick from the menu, send an Order Request, and one of our Operators calls you to confirm it. Nothing is paid on this website.
What we keep simple
- One menu. Every flower we sell is on the home page, with its grade, type and price per gram.
- Two sizes. A half (8 oz) or a full pound. Order as many as you like on one request.
- A real call. An Operator confirms stock, the total, payment and delivery with you on the phone.
Law, in one dated line
We do not write long law guides. For each Carolina we keep one line, the date we last checked it, and a link to the statute or bill itself, so you can read the source. You will find those lines below. We take Order Requests from every state; whether you may receive THCA flower is set by your own state’s law.
After December 11, 2026
The federal hemp definition changes that day. From then on we sell only flower that meets it.
North Carolina
North Carolina uses the delta-9 test for hemp (S.L. 2022-32). HB 328 (a 0.4 mg per-container THC limit and a 21+ rule) passed the Senate; the House vote was put off until after the November 2026 election.
South Carolina
South Carolina's hemp law (S.C. Code Title 46, Chapter 55) uses the delta-9 test. The 2026 regulation bill (H.3924) did not pass.
Federal law treats THCA flower as marijuana from December 11, 2026.
